I had my oil change done here for the first time today, and overall I had a very good experience. I don’t know much about cars and usually feel nervous going to auto repair shops, especially because I drive a Range Rover and I worry about being pressured into unnecessary services. Steve was professional and respectful. Before starting the work, he explained that my vehicle required a specific full synthetic oil and filter and clearly told me the price first instead of just doing extra work without asking. I appreciated that a lot. I only wanted an oil change, and they respected that. They checked the basic things like tire pressure and brakes, but there was no aggressive upselling or pressure. The staff also took time to answer my questions about my tires and vehicle. The shop may not have a fancy waiting area, but I felt the people were honest and straightforward, which is the most important thing to me. I would feel comfortable coming back again in the future.

Both Nefertia and Steve are both kind, warm, and knowledgeable individuals. They literally went out of their way to help a somewhat older couple (my wife and I) get back on the road at what I believe to be a fair price and relatively quickly. Thank you.

My car started leaking coolant and engine overheating while I was driving and Steve took my car in the next day. He explained what the process would be to diagnose my issue very clearly for my understanding. Later the same day he found the issue with my radiator. Steve broke down all the costs for repair, letting me know he gets quality parts and recommended some minor replacements for my car since it is older. He gave me very fair pricing and I am very happy with the service and recommend this shop!

I had a flat tire and my car became un-drivable. I needed to find a local mechanic and I wound up at Shell and met Steve and Nefertia. I could not be more grateful to them. They are extremely knowledgeable, with impeccable service. There is no price gouging and they are completely up front with all repairs and costs. Beyond their service and pricing, they are truly exceptional human beings. I trust them completely with my vehicles and my family are now lifelong customers. On every level, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've had an issue with my Subaru Impreza 2020 that two Subaru dealerships couldn't figure out and ended up dismissing my concerns. I met Steve and after just a few minutes, he was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it in a few days. This issue was driving me crazy, and I'm thankful that Steve was able to help. The receptionist, Nefertia, was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back here if I have more problems down the road.
